TripAdvisor shines its headlights on America’s top drive-in movie theaters

Some of our readers may remember taking their spouse, family, girlfriend, or boyfriend to a drive-in. TripAdvisor announced the top 10 drive-in movie theaters.

Skyway Drive-In Theatre, Fish Creek, Wisconsin (4.5 out of 5 bubbles, 76 reviews)
Since 1950, this family-owned theater has welcomed motorized movie-goers with vintage cartoon previews and an original snack bar that serves up classic goodies including foot-long hot dogs, candies and novelty ice cream treats. A TripAdvisor reviewer said, “This fun, family oriented drive-in theatre has it all! Grassy play area, swings, great sound and picture!” Admission for double feature showings is $8 for adults and $5 for children ages 6-11.

Delta Introduces Changes to SkyBonus Rewards Program

Delta said that it is making changes to its SkyBonus, a rewards program designed for business and corporate customers.

As part of the changes, the carrier replaced its 16 region-specific rewards with a new system-wide reward that offers greater flexibility in award selection. The airline also reduced the number of points needed to redeem some reward certificates, and updated its Silver Medallion status reward to provide 12 months of Silver Medallion benefits.

This redesigned airplane cabin would give you more room for everything

Designers at Priestmangoode is changing the interior of Embraer’s E-2 single-aisle narrowbody jets to give passengers more room .

First off, Priestmangoode cut down the bulky Personal Service Units, the overhead control panel for each passenger’s air vent, reading light, and flight attendant button. In a standard plane, that panel eats up a bunch of overhead compartment space, so designers whittled it down to a smartphone-sized control.

there are 3 drive in movie theatres within 30 minutes of me….two of them with double screens. One of them is fairly new – within the past 10 years. The other two sites are much older. I have been to all three of them within the past 2 years.
