US Airways finds problems on 757s

A US Airways investigation, prompted by the loss of a wing part from another company during a flight, found problems on seven of its Beoing 757 aircraft. US Airways spokesman Phil Gee told the Associated Press that the Tempe, Arizona-based carrier inspected 17 Boeing 757s with similar wing specifications as the damaged jetliner. Last week, a small part of a 757’s wing dislodged and hit a passenger window. Nobody was injured.
