Thrills connect at Canada’s Wonderland in 2013

United Airlines begins pre-notifying customers of eligibility for TSA Precheck

Last Friday, United Airlines began notifying its customers who are eligible for TSA’s Precheck program.

Eligible United customers will start to see the TSA Precheck indicator on mobile boarding passes, boarding passes printed at home or from the kiosks at some airports, allowing customers to effectively route themselves to available TSA Precheck lanes.

Boeing board gives approval to offer 777X

Boeing’s board of directors approved the company to start offering the 777X, a stretched version of the 777.

Boeing, which was originally expected to seek board approval for this milestone sometime in April, says it is “taking the next step by engaging in the marketplace, discussing more details and offering the airplane to customers — conditional on final approval to launch the program.”
