BWI gets OK to waive fees for airlines adding new routes

In order to encourage more traffic to BWI, the airport got the OK to waive fees for airlines adding new routes to and from the airport.

BWI will now be allowed to eliminate charges like landing fees, the price to lease office space and parking fees for airlines adding new routes. The fee waivers last for two years, per Federal Aviation Administration guidelines.
