Windows and Southwest Airlines team up to take the hassle out of the holidays

If you’re flying Southwest out of select airports between December 2 and December 25, Southwest and Microsoft Windows will help you take a family photo for your holiday cards.

This December, Windows and Southwest are teaming up to offer you free Holiday Photos on the Fly at the gate while you wait for your flight! Starting December 2 and continuing every weekend until Christmas, Southwest and Windows will offer free holiday photos to passengers at 26 airports across the United States.

Search for Air France 447 to resume
French air accident investigators announced that they will return to the Atlantic to resume the search for Air France 447 in 2011.

Officials from the airline and the investigative agency recently met with families of the passengers on board that flight, who urged them to continue the search for the missing plane. Those families have lingering questions about what happened to their loved ones and why the plane went down under mysterious circumstances.

Qatar Air slams Boeing, may buy more Airbus

The head of Qatar Air is criticizing Boeing and Bombardier for the delays of the Dreamliner and C-Series airplanes respectively.

“I was really taken aback by the (787) program. I never expected a program could be delayed so much with a company like Boeing, which has pride in its quality. They have very clearly failed,” [Chief executive Akbar Al Baker] told a news conference.
